(ShareCast News) - Alastair Brown has been appointed as chief executive of Lombard Risk Management, the management and regulatory reporting solutions provider said on Friday.Brown, who will step into his new role on 1 December, joins the London-listed group from Royal Bank of Scotland, where he covered a number of executive roles over a 15-year spell."After an extensive search process we are delighted that Alastair has agreed to join Lombard Risk Management as CEO," said group chairman Philip Crawford."Alastair has a wealth of experience and long track record of success in roles very relevant to our business."I am confident he will make a significant contribution to the development of Lombard Risk Management."Lombard Risk shares were up 2.37% to 11.90p at 0900 GMT on Friday.
