Lighthouse inks extension to British Airways deals

(Sharecast News) - Financial adviser Lighthouse Group will offer British Airways current and former staff financial advice on retirement planning, mortgages and investments until July 2021 after the pair renewed their contract.BA Clubs provides membership benefits to roughly 40,000 current and former British Airways staff members.The AIM-listed group said the three-year contract extension underlined its "already impressive" list of affinity partnerships, which includes major employee organisations such as Prospect, Unison, Usdaw and the Royal College of Nursing, highlighting the firm's capacity to deliver financial planning solutions to a "diverse and substantial audience".Lighthouse chief executive Malcolm Streatfield, said: "We look forward to continuing to assist members of BA Clubs with their financial planning requirements over the years ahead. The board remains committed to developing further our affinity partnerships throughout the UK"As of 0830 BST, Lighthouse shares had dipped 1.33% to 29.60p.
