(ShareCast News) - Financial advisory firm Lighthouse Group has renewed its contract with the Union of Shop, Distributive and Allied Workers (Usdaw) for a further three years.The AIM-listed company will continue to provide financial advice to the union's 434,000 plus members supplying financial reviews encompassing investments, retirement planning, mortgages and protection.The contract renewal was originally secured in March 2013 and adds to the company's partnerships with unions UNISON and Unite, as well as BA Clubs, Prospect, Boundless and the Royal College of Nursing.Usdaw general secretary John Hannett said: "Given the truly national basis of our membership, it is important to us to continue to partner with an organisation which is clearly capable of supporting our members no matter where they may reside and no matter what their background. We look forward to continuing to build our relationship with Lighthouse and ensuring that our members are able to secure good service and consistent financial advice".Lighthouse chief executive Malcolm Streatfield added: "We look forward to further developing our relationship with Usdaw over the coming years. The board remains committed to increasing our affinity partnerships throughout the UK".Shares in Lighthouse Group were up 3.23% to 12p at 0855 GMT.
