(Sharecast News) - Investment firm Kazera Global revealed on Monday that it has appointed Gerard Kisbey-Green to the role of non-executive chairman.

Kazera Global said Kisbey-Green has over 36 years experience in mining and related financial industries and had worked on mines across a range of commodities and geographies both as an engineer and as a banker.

Kisbey-Green also held the position of CEO at a number of private and listed mining and exploration companies.

The AIM-listed group added that Kisbey-Green had been granted options over 4.0m shares at a price of 1.0p per share.

As of 0840 BST, Kazera shares were up 2.10% at 0.85p.
