K3 Business Technology appoints Robert Price CFO

(ShareCast News) - AIM-listed K3 Business Technology appointed Robert Price as its new chief financial officer on Tuesday, the latest in a number of senior management changes.He replaced Brian Davis who had been with the company for nine years in a number of financial roles.Price, a qualified chartered accountant with Ernst & Young, was previously CFO at Orwell Group Holdings, a fintech start-up. Prior to that, he was chief operating officer and CFO at Enotria Wine Group, a private equity-backed wine distributor, where he steered a buy and build strategy.He had also worked at Carlsberg Breweries and Carlsberg Italy.Chairman David Bolton said Price "brings significant retail, distribution, manufacturing and international experience", and thanked Davis "for his contribution to the company".Shares in K3 Business Technology were down 1.12% to 352p at 1009 BST.
