Energy storage and clean fuel company ITM Power has hailed a move paving the way for the roll-out of its hydrogen vehicle re-fuelling stations in Europe.ITM said it had taken delivery of one of the first Hyundai ix35 fuel cell vehicles to arrive in the UK under the EU-backed HyFive project.The group is building three re-fueling stations to serve 110 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles being rolled out under the programme to various European sites. The three stations are set to launch in London next spring.ITM chief executive Graham Cooley said: "This move helps to highlight that the motor manufacturers are serious about rolling these vehicles out, which in turn signals the growing demand for hydrogen re-fueling stations."Shares in ITM powered up 2.25p or 10.8% to 23p at 16:15 in London.
