Irish recruitment group CPL Resources expects its profits for the year ended 30 June to be broadly in line with market estimates despite continuing pressure on margins.The company said the demand for its services remains challenging particularly in Ireland but it saw signs of improvement in its various businesses.In addition, the company said that its operations abroad are performing well and said it "expects a further gradual improvement in market conditions in the coming months."CPL Resources, which competes with firms like Hays, Michael Page International and smaller firms like Staffline Recruitment Group, saw the demand for its recruitment services decline as companies froze hiring in the weak economic environment. In lunch time trading the shars of CPL were down 6.5p at 241.00p.AR
