Credit lender International Personal Finance (IPF) said it had seen a recovery in trading that will result in its full year performance being 'materially ahead of current market expectations' if it continues.The firm posted a rise in profits in Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia in the third quarter and said it posted a maiden profit in Mexico.'The outlook for the economies in which we operate has improved, but remains uncertain,' it said. 'The impact of recession on the Christmas lending peak remains unpredictable and may present a risk to revenues and profits.'
