By Rachael Gormley Of DOW JONES NEWSWIRES LONDON (Dow Jones)--International recruitment company SThree PLC (STHR.LN) is eyeing a raft of new offices outside the U.K. and Europe, Chief Executive Russell Clements said Monday, as it targets strong market opportunities overseas. "The rest of the world, which for us is everything outside of the U.K. and Europe, is a very, very strong market to be operating in," he said. Clements said SThree is in the final stages of due diligence to enter the Brazilian market and is also in the early stages of looking at Russia for 2011. Over in the U.S., he said a new office in Houston, Texas has been approved in principle. "We would consider an acquisition in some markets, such as Japan, but there's nothing in our planned strategy for anything but organic growth," he added. STHree opened new offices in Dusseldorf, Munich, Delhi and Perth in the first half of 2010, and plans to open in San Francisco and Qatar in the second half. -By Rachael Gormley, Dow Jones Newswires; 44-20-7842-9308; [email protected] (END) Dow Jones Newswires July 19, 2010 03:19 ET (07:19 GMT)
