Dutch bank ING is close to a takeover of HSBC's assets in Turkey, reports said on Monday.ING entered exclusive talks with HSBC after some bidders dropped out to focus on the purchase of National Bank of Greece's Finansbank, the Financial Times reported.Last Thursday, Reuters reported ING was HSBC's preferred suitor, although a deal is yet to be finalised.HSBC's plans to sell off its Turkish operations as part of a strategic overhaul which also includes the sale of its Brazilian business.Shares in HSBC were trading up 1.01% to 567.09p at 1315 BST on Monday.
