IG Group appoints new Deputy Chairman

IG Group Holdings on Monday revealed that the role of Deputy Chairman would be filled by Andy Green, who will join the board with immediate effect before succeeding Jonathan Davie on October 16th. Green is currently a non-executive director of ARM Holdings and was previously the Chief Executive of Logica. Davie said he was "delighted that we have attracted someone of Andy's calibre to chair our board", adding that Green "brings a wealth of corporate experience and in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology and marketing companies".
