HG Capital Trust Buys Germany's Teufel Speakers For Undisclosed Sum

LONDON (Dow Jones)--HG Capital Trust PLC (HGT.LN), the European sector focused private equity investor, said Wednesday it has agreed to acquire Teufel Speakers GmbH from US private equity firm Riverside for an undisclosed sum.
