(ShareCast News) - Roderick Ryan will step down from its role as chairman of the audit and risk committee and senior independent director of Grafton Group at the end of the year.In a statement released on Monday, the FTSE 250 group said Ryan will leave the company on 31 December and will be succeeded as senior independent director by Annette Flynn, while Paul Hampden Smith will replace him as the chairman of the committee."Roddy has been a non-executive director of Grafton since 2006," said group chairman Michael Chadwick."He has made a very substantial contribution to the board especially during the difficult years of the financial crisis. His business experience and judgement have been of great benefit to the group."Grafton shares were up 0.15% to 684.00p at 0927 BST on Monday.
