A former executive at WM Morrison has been charged with insider dealing, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) revealed on Monday.The UK watchdog has charged Paul Gerard Coyle, former treasurer and head of tax at the supermarket, with two offences of insider dealing.The FCA said the offences related to trading in Ocado shares between February and May 2013.In May the firms announced a £200m distribution deal in which Ocado would deliver goods ordered online by Morrison's customers.Coyle was suspended from Morrison's in January.The FCA added that is has now secured 24 convictions in relation to insider dealing.
