(Sharecast News) - FanDuel owner Flutter Entertainment is delisting from the London Stock Exchange in August and keeping its primary listing in New York, the company said on Friday.

The betting giant said the decision was in the best interests of its shareholders after it started a review last month into its LSE listing.

Flutter, the world's largest online betting company, blamed low trading volumes and the extra costs in London. The last day of trading is set for July 31 and delisting for August 3.
