FirstGroup Names Tim O'Toole Deputy CEO, Chief Operating Officer

LONDON (Dow Jones)--FirstGroup PLC (FGP.LN), a U.K. and North American bus and rail firm, said Wednesday it has appointed Tim O'Toole Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive with effect from June 14. MAIN FACTS: -O'Toole joined the Board of FirstGroup as Independent Non-Executive Director on May 7, 2009.
