Ferrexpo's Q1 production rises on Yeristovo operations

Ferrexpo's first quarter iron ore pellet production rose 9.2 per cent to 2,714,000 tonnes compared to a year ago. The miner also increased the proportion of higher grade pellets at 65%, up by 320,000 tonnes or 31%.The Ferrexpo Poltava Mining Pit produced 2,007,400 tonnes of pellets, down 7% on the previous year while Yeristovo produced 115.4% more pellets at 7,067,000 tonnes.
