Ferrexpo shares down as total production decreases

(ShareCast News) - Ferrexpo posted its third quarter production report on Wednesday, with production in the first nine months of 2016, of 65% Fe pellets, up 3.7% to 7.8 million tonnes.The London-listed firm said 65% Fe premium pellets made up 94% of total production volumes in the year to date, compared to 87% of total production volume at the same point in 2015.Total pellet production was down, however, to 8.3 million tonnes, from 8.7 million tonnes.At 1142 BST, shares in Ferrexpo were down 2.19% to 78p.
