Credit checking group Experian poached two directors from fellow FTSE 100 companies on Tuesday.Intertek's Lloyd Pitchford has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Royal Mail's head of the remuneration committee, Jan Babiak, resigned with immediate effect in order to join as a non-executive director.Pitchford, who has had a lengthy career in finance and was the former finance controller of gas and oil exploration firm BG Group for 10 years, will leave his role as CFO of safety services company Intertek in September.Babiak, who is currently a non-executive director of US drugstore giant Walgreens and Bank of Montreal, will assume her new position at the group with immediate effect.Chief Executive Officer Don Robert said: "Coming to us from Intertek, a FTSE 100 company, Lloyd brings deep financial knowledge and considerable experience, built up through an impressive career working in complex, multinational organisations."During his time at Intertek, he has held a wide portfolio of responsibilities, helping to deliver significant growth in financial performance."As of 11:33, the Experian share price had risen 1.83% to 1140p.WS
