Experian Buys Back 200,000 Own Shares

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Experian PLC (EXPN.LN), a global information services company said Monday it purchased 200,000 of its ordinary shares of 10 cents each at an average price of 641.4663 pence per share, minimum price of 635.5 pence and maximum price of 645 pence. MAIN FACTS: -The shares purchased will be held as treasury shares. -Following the purchase, the Company holds 3,380,000 ordinary shares in treasury.
