EU Clears JPMorgan Chase To Buy RBS Sempra Commodities

BRUSSELS (Dow Jones)--The European Commission Thursday cleared JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) to take over Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC's (RBS.LN) commodities trading arm RBS Sempra Commodities.
