(ShareCast News) - Financier EPE Special Opportunities has bought out the part of ESO Investments 1 LP it did not already own.The company said in a statement the deal was worth £8.6m, with £5.7m to be paid in cash at completion £2.9m in cash before 30 September 2015.EPE said the acquisition follows the objective of buying out minority interests where they are believed to have value.In the same announcement, EPE said it would subscribe for loan notes issued by ESO plc in the principal amount of £4.5m and the principal amount of £0.25m ordinary shares of 5p each of ESO plc at a price of 142.13p per ordinary share.Shares in EPE rose 1.85% to 110p to 1610 BST.
