Chris Batterham, the Non-Executive Chairman of speech recognition and associated payment solutions provider Eckoh has added 200,000 ordinary shares to his stake in the firm.Batterham bought the shares at 14.125p each, costing him £28,240. The purchase takes his holding in Eckoh to 950,000 ordinary shares, equal to 0.45% of the issued share capital. The company won a number of contracts last year, the most recent being a three-year deal to provide hosted payment services to a UK financial services company. One month prior to that, the group had its contract with cinema operator Vue Entertainment renewed for another three years.
