Eastern European Property completes sale of Istanbul office

(ShareCast News) - Eastern European Property Fund finalised the sale of its Turkish office space this week, disposing of space at the Nils Passaj property in Beyoglu.The AIM-traded property investor said the sale covered the remaining third floor officers at the Istanbul property, and was completed on 2 February.Eastern European Property Fund said the cash value of the deal was $500,000 (£346,500)."The proceeds from this disposal are in line with the latest independent property valuation", the company's board said in a statement.
