FRANKFURT (Dow Jones)--EADS North America, a division of the European Aeronautic Defence & Space Co. NV (EAD.FR), said Thursday that it will submit its bid for the United States Air Force KC-X aerial refueling tanker competition, a day ahead of the July 9 deadline.
