Director dealings: Transense managing director raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Transense revealed on Tuesday that managing director Ryan Maughan had acquired 4,640 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed business.

Maughan, who joined the board of Transense in 2021, purchase the shares on Monday at an average price of 128.95p each, for a total value of £5,983.28.

As a result, Maughan now holds a total beneficial interest in 79,611 ordinary Transense shares, representing approximately 0.52% of the company's current voting rights.

As of 1615 GMT, Transense shares were down 2.84% at 123.88p.
