Director dealings: Tate & Lyle chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Tate & Lyle revealed on Wednesday that chairman David Hearn had acquired 8,200 ordinary shares in the London-listed food and beverage group.

Hearn, who took over as chairman in 2024, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 537.63p each, for a total value of £44,085.29.

Following the transaction, Hearn and his PCAs hold a total of 27,261 ordinary Tate & Lyle shares.

As of 1620 GMT, Tate & Lyle shares were down 0.095% at 526.50p.
