Director dealings: Sutardja family spends another £2m on Alphawave IP

(Sharecast News) - Alphawave IP was sitting pretty at the top of the list of director deals on Tuesday, after the Sutardja family upped its stake in the company even further.

The company said the Delaware-domiciled Sutardja Family LLC bought 1,829,871 shares on Monday, on the London Stock Exchange.

It paid 110.67p for each share, spending a total of £2,025,118.13 on the investment.

As a result of the purchase, Sutardja Family LLC's total holding was now 91,178,479 ordinary shares in Alphawave IP, representing 13.21% of its issued share capital.

Sutardja Family LLC is "closely associated with" one of the firm's executive directors, Sehat Sutardja, the board confirmed in its disclosure.

At 1525 BST, shares in Alphawave IP Group were up 1.99% at 113p.
