Director dealings: Spouse of SIG CEO makes share sale

(Sharecast News) - SIG said on Friday that Joanna Francis had disposed of 81,500 ordinary shares in the London-listed building products supplier.
Francis, the spouse of chief executive officer Steve Francis, sold the shares on Thursday at an average price of 48.80p each, for a total value of £39,772.

Back in October, SIG stated full-year underlying operating profits were set to be ahead of current market expectations despite supply issues, following continued strong sales momentum.

As of 1620 GMT, SIG shares were up 0.25% at 48.52p.
