Director dealings: Sound Energy chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Sound Energy revealed on Wednesday that non-executive chairman Graham Lyon had acquired 603,093 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed transition energy company.

Lyon, who also exercised nil-cost options over 774,094 ordinary Sound Energy shares, purchased the stock on Tuesday at an average price of 2.07p. each, for a total value of £12,498.50.

Following the above transactions, Lyon now holds a beneficial interest in 2.078m Sound Energy shares, representing approximately 0.91% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1445 BST, Sound Energy shares were untraded at 2.0p.
