Director dealings: Primary Health Properties CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Primary Health Properties revealed on Wednesday that chief executive Mark Davies had acquired 140,759 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed real estate investment trust.

Davies, who took over as CEO in April 2024, purchased the shares at an average price of 92.80p each, for a total value of £130,624.35.

As of 1545 GMT, Primary Health shares were up 0.32% at 93.35p.
