Director dealings: PensionBee non-executive director makes share purchase

(Sharecast News) - PensionBee revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Lara Oyesanya had acquired 3,115 ordinary shares in the London-listed pension scheme provider.

Oyesanya, who was appointed to the board of PensionBee in April 2022, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 159.0p each, for a total value of £4,952.85.

Following the transaction, Oyesanya holds a beneficial interest in 34,018 ordinary PensionBee shares.

As of 1455 BST, PensionBee shares were down 0.11% at 160.32p.
