Director dealings: Hargreaves Services director sells shares

(Sharecast News) - Hargreaves Services revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Nicholas Mills had diposed of 110,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed environmental and industrial services provider.

Mills, who joined Hargreaves Services in 2020, sold the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 820p each, for a total value of £901,999.98.

Following the transaction, Mills holds a beneficial interest in 7.85m ordinary Hargreaves Services shares, representing approximately 25.56% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1555 BST, Hargreaves Services shares were flat at 816p.
