Director dealings: Gelion, Afentra disclose transactions

(Sharecast News) - Gelion disclosed a director share purchase by non-executive director Dr Graham Cooley on Tuesday.
On 19 May, Dr Cooley acquired 216,668 ordinary shares at an average price of 13.98p each, taking his total holding to 2.55 million shares, or 1.44% of the company's voting rights.
The transaction was conducted on AIM.
Separately, Afentra reported internal share transfers by executive director Ian Cloke and his wife Elizabeth Bingham.
Cloke sold 103,158 shares and repurchased a combined total of 52,669 shares into his ISA and trading accounts, while Bingham purchased 48,694 shares into her ISA.
The aggregate holding of Cloke and his closely associated persons remained effectively unchanged at 3,923,749 shares, or 1.74% of the company's issued share capital.
At 1615 BST, shares in Gelion were up 4.67% at 15.7p, while those in were down 4.5% at 41.8p.
