Director dealings: 3i Group CEO invests, Shell boss makes EUR 1.49m sale

(Sharecast News) - Among the director dealings disclosed to the market in London on Friday, 3i Group chief executive Simon Borrows bought shares in the investment company, while Shell chief executive Wael Sawan sold shares in the energy major.

3i said Borrows purchased 50,000 ordinary shares on 21 May at £22.2863 each.

The transaction, carried out on the London Stock Exchange, was worth about £1.11m.

Separately, Shell said Sawan disposed of 40,000 ordinary shares on 22 May at €37.170105 each.

The transaction, carried out in Amsterdam, was worth about €1.49m.

At 1529 BST, shares in 3i Group were up 2.53% at 2,307p, while those in Shell were down 0.65% at 3,218p.
