Direct Line wins approval for legal services

Insurance group Direct Line has been granted authority to provide additional legal activities to the public.The Solicitors Regulation Authority agreed that DLG Legal Services, a Direct Line subsidiary, could offer certain legal services to the group's customers in partnership with Parabis Law LLP.The service is expected to launch on March 3rd this year. The group's share price was 1.27% lower at 264.50p by 11:05 the day of the announcement. NR
