Digital Globe Services, the provider of online customer acquisition solutions, announced the appointment of Chad Rycenga as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).Rycenga has over 15 years' experience in the technology industry, having worked in cable, healthcare and call centre technology.His curriculum includes six years as IT Director at Charter Communications, the fourth-largest cable operator in the US.The AIM-listed company highlighted that it had continued to invest in the development of its business since its flotation, in February of 2013, including on an enhanced customer support team and on the expansion of its Business Intelligence, Analytics and Technology Development teams.The new CTO was appointed "to ensure that speed and quality continue to be the pillars of the company's technology platform, whilst maintaining its focus on driving profitable revenue from its business platform." Rycenga's Predecessor, Hassan Ahmed, who was CTO for the company for three years, was to continue to manage special projects within the organisation, including acquisition integration work and platform commercialisation initiatives.
