Central London-focused property investor Derwent London said it is continuing to see a decline in office take-up.Rental levels have fallen by about 7% since the year end, the firm said, though adding that its diverse portfolio has remained defensive. Derwent said it was focused on retaining income and carefully managing capital. It added that it is 'well placed to take advantage of the value creating opportunities which are starting to emerge.'
