(Sharecast News) - Housebuilider Countryside Properties tapped Tim Lawlor to take over as chief financial officer on Tuesday.
Lawlor, who will join Countryside from logistics giant Wincanton on 28 March 2022, will replace current CFO Mike Scott, who leaves the company to become CFO of Barratt Developments on 30 November.

Tom Wright will become interim CFO from 30 November until Lawlor's arrival.

Chief executive Iain McPherson said: "I look forward to working with Tim, who brings considerable experience from his time at Wincanton and previous senior financial roles in his career. He will be a strong addition to our team as we continue to focus on our growth in Partnerships."

As of 0845 GMT, Countryside shares were down 0.31% at 456.60p.
