Condor welcomes WNR offer withdrawal

Miner Condor Resources has welcomed news that Worldwide National Resources has withdrawn its unsolicited offer for the company.Condor said the 1 for 1 share offer undervalued the company and represented an unwelcome distraction to the board. "The board now looks forward to pursuing further corporate transactions in the interests of creating value for all Condor shareholders," the group said.Last Friday, WNR announced it is withdrawing the offer with immediate effect.
