Cisco order boosts Stilo International

Stilo International, a provider of systems that convert text between different computer packages, has won an order for its "cloud content conversion service" with the US IT giant Cisco.Stilo will convert 20,000 of pages in Adobe format into the DITA (Darwin Information Typing Framemaker) standard, using its Migrate service.Stilo's says its Migrate DITA cloud conversion service enables users to upload documents including Word, FrameMaker and InDesign over the internet and convert them, in real time, to DITA on a pay-as-you-use basis."The Cisco Content Management Services team has achieved impressive and rapid results with the implementation of their new DITA CMS, and is highly regarded within the DITA community for their technical expertise," said chief executive Les Burnham. "We look forward to working closely with the team, helping them to lower their conversion costs, improve turnaround times and reduce to a minimum the requirement for manual pre-processing or clean-up tasks."At 11.25am, shares in Stilo were up by 25% at 2.5p.---RG
