Capita Buys Back 92,882 Own Shares

LONDON (Dow Jones)--The Capita Group PLC (CPI.LN), said Monday that it purchased 92,882 ordinary shares in the company on July 23, at a price of 735.04 pence per share, and said the purchased shares will be held as Treasury shares.
