Camden Market owner completes £31.1m property buy

(ShareCast News) - Market Tech, which owns tourist attraction Camden Market, has completed the acquisition of nearby 1-11 Hawley CrescentShares in the AIM stock rose by 0.76% to 226.70p at 1501 BST after the company said it had completed the £31.1m transaction.Market Tech has said the commercial and residential site next to the main Camden markets area was a strategic acquisition, and that current commercial rents are low in comparison to the surrounding area.The commercial floor space is 19,720 sq ft in addition to a further 5,260 sq ft of residential space.
