Bunzl buys New Zealand's Obex Medical

(Sharecast News) - Distribution and services group Bunzl said it was buying New Zealand's Obex Medical for an undisclosed sum.
Obex is a medical distribution business serving hospitals and other healthcare providers. The company generated revenue of NZ$51m (£27m) in 2020.

Completion of the Bunzl's fourth acquisition of the year was expected to take place at the beginning of June, Bunzl said on Tuesday.
