BowLeven Finds Deeper Reservoirs During Etinde Appraisal

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Oil and gas explorer BowLeven PLC (BLVN.LN) Thursday said it found deeper reservoirs of oil and gas condensate during drilling of an appraisal well at the Etinde permit, offshore Cameroon. BowLeven said the IE-3 well was drilled to a depth of more 3,000 meters in an effort to learn more about the Isongo reservoir and see if there were any deeper reservoirs that could be tapped. BowLeven said it identified potentially significant reservoirs containing light oil and gas condensate. Further analysis is required to determine what reserves are there, said BowLeven.
