Bodycote names new non-executive director

(ShareCast News) - Bodycote appointed Patrick Larmon to its board as an independent non-executive Director, effective 13 September, and as a member of its audit, remuneration and nomination committees.Since 2004, Larmon had been an executive director at Bunzl, and first president of its North America business since 2003 before being named as the unit´s chief in 2004.Since 2015, he has been a Non-Executive Director of Huttig Building Products, a NASDAQ listed international distributor of construction products.
