Bodycote CEO reduces stake by 200,000 shares

Stephen Harris, the Chief Executive Officer of Bodycote, has reduced his stake in the in the heat treatment company with the sale of 200,000 shares.Each of the shares were sold at 546.50p for a total trade value of £1.09m. The transaction comes just under a month after the group posted a four per cent rise in revenue to £156.5m for the three months ended March 31st. The group also said it continued to expect 'modest progress' during the remainder of the year. Harris's stake in the company now stands at 570,030 shares, equal to 0.26% of the issued share capital.
