blur Group appoints new non-exec director

(ShareCast News) - Robert Michael Wirszycz has been appointed as non-executive director of blur Group, the enterprise services company said on Tuesday.Wirszycz, who has previously occupied the role of director general at CSSA and has served as chief executive at a number of tech firms, will step into his new role with immediate effect."We are delighted to welcome Rob to blur Group's board, as non-executive director, where he will bring a wealth of invaluable Software Industry knowledge and experience," said group chief executive Philip Letts."His appointment further strengthens our governance and reinforces blur Group's commitment to its enterprise-focused strategy."blur Group shares were up 11.45% to 32.32p at 1119 BST on Tuesday.
