Bluerock Diamonds sells the parcel of 116 carats

Diamond mining company Bluerock Diamonds has sold the parcel of 116 carats produced during May 2015 and the first week of June 2015.The group said the parcels were sold at an average price of $440 per carat compared to the average price per carat of $248 for the 575 carats produced by the trial mining plant and the $183 indicated in a report produced at the time of the group's admission to AIM.The London-listed company said the new plant was not yet at full capacity and it was continuing to fine tune the processing in order to maximise its efficiency.Bluerock shares were up 3.53% to 22.00p at 08:57 on Thursday.
