Bezant completes Colombian Mining Data S.A. acquisition

(ShareCast News) - Mineral exploration and development company Bezant has completed the acquisition of 100% of Colombian Mining Data S.A. (CMD), formerly named Birkenhead Estates S.A.CMD is a special-purpose vehicle that holds certain proprietary geological information and other data, and intellectual property rights, to be utilised by Exumax S.A.S. in performing its services under the exploration agreement.At 11:16 BST, shares in Bezant were up 3.41% to 2.28p each.
